TERMS & POLICIES

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence an order.  The deposit is non-refundalbe; however, it can be applied to another order.  The lead-time on the revised order will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment

Final payment is due at the time of delivery unless other payment terms have been arranged.  All sales are final, however, we will replace any damaged or defective material when reported immediately upon delivery.

We recommend ordering a minimum of 15% waste on all Antique/Recycled products and 10% on all newly sawn woods. 

For custom milling, lead times may require 60 to 90 days.
